  1. IMKAN websites: These are websites we created for you that are operated by us or our partners and may include our own micro-sites that are part of third-party social media networks such as Facebook, Snapchat, Twitter, Threads or Instagram.

  2. Emails, text messaging services, and other electronic messages: These are the electronic text-based interaction between you and IMKAN.

  3. IMKAN customer service: Any communication between you and our customer service centre (e.g. phone, specialised smartphone applications, chatbot, email, WhatsApp etc.).

  4. registration forms: These include offline and online, printed and digital registrations, surveys, or questionnaires IMKAN collects via registration forms, events and various promotions where you participate in one of our events or enquire about our properties via any such promotions.

  5. Advertising: You might interact with one of our or our partners’ advertisements on our websites and smartphone applications and we might receive and collect this information.

  6. Career Portal: We store any information received via our recruitment portal on our IMKAN website.

  7. Data we create: IMKAN may also create data about you when you avail of or interact with any of our services.

  8. Data from other sources: These include social media networks, market research agencies, IMKAN third party sales agents, registered brokers, IMKAN promotional partners (such as Banks, UAE Government entities), public sources, and data received when we acquire other companies.

  9. IMKAN Public Wi-Fi: Any usage of the IMKAN public Wi-Fi network at our registered offices.

  1. TO RESPOND TO ANY QUERIES OR EXPRESSION OF INTEREST YOU MAY SUBMIT TO US:

When you send us an enquiry, via our website or social media page, telephone call, WhatsApp message (voice or text), regarding one of our properties; When you participate in one of our events or visit us at our Headquarters, other office or outlet to enquire about our properties; When you may have expressed interest about our properties through our third-party agents.

We collect the following personal information: name, email address, phone number, nationality, and details of your enquiry. In certain cases, your enquiry may relate to a specific service request, for example: raising an enquiry regarding a specific property. For such requests, we need to use your personal information to help us respond to your request and to fulfil our contractual obligations under the requested service. Additionally, when you call our offices or outlets, we maintain a record of the communication (which might include call recordings) to monitor and improve the quality of our customer support.

  1. TO ENTER INTO OR TO CONCLUDE A SALES PURCHASE AGREEMENT:

If you decide to move forward to purchase of a property with IMKAN, we collect personal data such as name, passport, visa details, address, national ID, contact details to conclude the contractual arrangements to finalise the property sale and to facilitate property registrations, handover and payment arrangements. In the furtherance of our business interests, we are required to carry out a security clearance of our customers and will use such collected personal information to do so. This ensures we are in compliance with local laws and safeguards against fraudulent transactions.

  1. TO REQUEST YOUR FEEDBACK, AND TO RESPOND TO COMPLAINTS:

So that we can efficiently respond to your feedback or complaints, we may collect the personal information through a survey conducted after you complete a transaction with IMKAN.

  1. TO PERSONALIZE AND PROVIDE YOU WITH INFORMATION ABOUT IMKAN’S SERVICES AND LATEST OFFERS:

To best serve your interests and preferences we may send you personalized offers, discounts or promotions via email, letter, WhatsApp, or other mobile allocation. We use your personal information such as email ID and/ or contact number to share such personalized offers, discounts, or promotions. You have the option to “opt out” of such personalised services and please see the – “Opt-out?” section is you wish to do so.

  1. TO FACILITATE ADVERTS AND EMAIL CAMPAIGNS CARRIED OUT BY OUR SALES AND MARKETING DEPARTMENTS:

As part of our email campaigns, we track whenever you receive, open, click a link, or download any attachments from an e-mail you receive from IMKAN. We will carry out automated profiling of such information to evaluate your interest in our service offerings or promotions. This processing will help us to tailor our marketing and provide you with relevant and timely content based on your interests.   1. TO FACILITATE ADVERTISEMENTS:

IMKAN uses the personal information you provide us for a commercial purpose to help us tailor and show advertisements to you. We may partner with third parties to help us display relevant advertising and to manage our advertising across multiple channels including social media platforms. Our third-party partners may use cookies and non-cookie-based technologies to help us show you advertising based upon your browsing activities and interests. In the event you wish to opt-out, you may do so by following the instruction provided Section – “Opt out?”

  1. TO ENTER AND KEEP CONTRACTS UP TO DATEWITH OUR TENANTS, THIRD PARTY AGENTS AND BUSINESS PARTNERS:

We collect and use personal information such as name, email ID, contact number and in certain cases passport/ government ID proof to facilitate the entry into and performance of the tenancy contract or service conract between IMKAN and the organization you represent. If you are a service provider, we may also collect personal information (such as Name, contact details, passport/ government ID etc.,) of the employees of your organization that would be stationed within our facilities for sales events to facilitate security pass clearance and to fulfil any contractual obligations.

  1. WHEN WE ENTER ACOMMERCIAL OR INVESTMENT RELATIONSHIP:

We collect and use Information when you enter a commercial or investment relationship (as a shareholder or buyer of one or more assets from the IMKAN’s portfolio).

We may need to process and retain your personal information to comply with legal requirements to which we are subject.

We work with third parties and receive information about you from them as well. Such group companies are located outside the European Economic Area (“EEA“).
