AlJurf Gardens Phase 1 (1.2)

As of Feb 2024, the overall progress of the work is at 98% completed.

We are delighted that the handover date of your villa in AlJurf Gardens Phase 1 is fast approaching. The delivery is anticipated to start in Q2 2024. That’s why, we encourage you to prepare your finances to ensure a quick and smooth process.

Construction is at 54% with site preparation, excavation, foundations, and flooring as well as precast walls all completed. Meanwhile, the work on the infrastructure for plots, external glazing, building envelope and external waterproofing is well under way.

As of Feb 2024, the overall progress is at 64% completed.

The completion of villa envelope is the upcoming milestone and is anticipated to be finished in June 2024. Kindly note that invoices and payment requests will be issued accordingly.

Construction is at 20% with the site preparation, excavation and all foundations and flooring completed. Meanwhile, the external waterproofing has started. In parallel, the work on the infrastructure for plots, columns, and roof slabs as well as the building envelope is well on track.

As of Feb 2024, the overall progress is at 31% completed.

The completion of villa envelope is the upcoming milestone and is anticipated to be finished in June 2024. Kindly note that invoices and payment requests will be issued accordingly.
